Featured artist: Janell Davidson
About Janell: As a native of the Pacific Northwest, Janell developed a love of nature at an early age which gave her inspiration for becoming a photographer many years ago. Although her work is very versatile and not confined to outdoor photography, her passion is photographing nature, and the majority of her work is done using only natural light. Janell is interested in capturing the beauty of the natural world in a way that one might not see it on their own. She particularly likes to take her time exploring places, to see things you might not see at first glance, to find interesting perspectives, and just the right light. The goal of her work is to evoke a feeling, spark a thought, and to stir the imagination. Her photography has been published in magazines and calendars in addition to selling fine art and stock photography. Janell uses Nikon equipment, Epson Printers, and both film and digital camera bodies.
About the Prints:
All of Janell’s giclee prints are made using the highest quality Epson printers and pigmented inks, giving them a fade resistant life of over 70 years. Her images are all signed originals printed on archival papers, and framed using acid free archival mats.
Custom orders are gladly accepted of any size ranging from “4x6” to “27x40”.
